My Journey
After 30 years in full time Human Resources roles, which provided immense growth and professional opportunities, I repurposed my career journey to interim and fractional HR Partner, Mentor to HR professionals, and Leadership Coaching.
I am embracing the second part of my life to deepen my life purpose – to inspire people and organisations to grow their potential and help them get there.
This draws upon the rich tapestry of experience, insights, and wisdom I have gained over the course of my HR career, operating in local, regional, and global roles within SMEs and larger international multicultural organisations
